My 7 year old terrier mix had never been professionally groomed, so I wasn’t sure if Francis would be up to the challenge. But he sure was! After 90 minutes of very thorough,gentle care my grumpy boy looks like a totally different very handsome fellow now. And despite being a bit combative during the procedures, he was in love with Francis at the end. I’m so happy to have found you, Francis and would highly recommend your services to anyone. Francis did an amazing job with Tucker. Tucker can be a bit of a cranky pup and won’t let me even cut his nails. Highly recommend Francis and in the comfort and low stress environment of your home! Already booked my second appointment for Tucker before he left.
